CockpitShop uses passwordless magic link authentication. Visit the account access page, enter your registered email address, and we will send you a secure one-time access link. The link is valid for 15 minutes and can be used only once. If you do not receive the email within 2 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

Yes. All CockpitShop modules connect to your existing Dirs21 account via the official Dirs21 API. You need an active Dirs21 subscription that includes API access. We do not provide Dirs21 subscriptions — CockpitShop modules are add-ons to your existing Dirs21 setup.

CockpitShop does not use passwords. Your account is accessed entirely through magic links sent to your email address. This eliminates the risk of password theft or reuse attacks. Your Dirs21 account credentials are entirely separate and are managed by Dirs21 GmbH — CockpitShop never asks for your Dirs21 password.

After purchase, log in to your CockpitShop account portal and navigate to the module you have activated. Enter your Dirs21 API key — generated from your Dirs21 account under Settings → API Access. The module uses only the official Dirs21 REST API and only the permission scopes it specifically requires.

Modules that only read data (e.g. Reporting Suite) make no changes to your Dirs21 data. Modules that write data (e.g. Revenue Manager, OTA Sync Pro) only modify the specific fields they manage — room rates, channel availability — and only when you have configured them to do so. All write operations are logged in your account portal.

Each module subscription covers one Dirs21 property. If you manage multiple properties, you can add additional property API keys in your CockpitShop account portal and purchase separate module subscriptions for each. Volume pricing may apply for hotel groups — contact us at support@cockpitshop.org.

If you generate a new Dirs21 API key (or if your old one is revoked), log in to your CockpitShop account portal and update the API key for the affected property. The module will reconnect immediately. All module settings and historical data are retained.

All CockpitShop modules are billed monthly, with no long-term contracts. Your first billing date is the date of module activation. Subsequent billing dates are one calendar month later. Payment is accepted via SEPA bank transfer. You receive a PDF invoice by email for each billing period.

Yes. Cancel any module subscription from your CockpitShop account portal at any time. The module remains active until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged for the next period. Cancellation does not affect other active module subscriptions.

Yes. When you activate three or more modules under the same CockpitShop account, a 10% bundle discount applies automatically to all modules. For hotel groups with five or more properties, custom pricing is available — contact support@cockpitshop.org.

Yes. CockpitShop d.o.o. operates under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Montenegrin Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette of Montenegro, no. 79/08 and subsequent amendments). Our GDPR supervisory authority is the Agencija za zaštitu ličnih podataka (AZLP), registration 05-030/26-1847. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available to all customers — download it from the DPA page or request it at support@cockpitshop.org.

All data processed by CockpitShop modules is stored on servers located within the European Economic Area. We do not transfer personal data to third countries outside the EEA without adequate GDPR-compliant safeguards in place. Guest data accessed via your Dirs21 API key is used only to operate the modules you have activated and is not shared with any third parties.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected to Dirs21 GmbH or any of its subsidiaries. The name "Dirs21" is a registered trademark of Dirs21 GmbH, used here solely to describe software compatibility.
