We are an independent software company building third-party modules and integrations for the Dirs21 hotel management platform.
Who We Are
CockpitShop d.o.o. is a software company registered in Podgorica, Montenegro (PIB: 52183947, CRPS: 4-0097341/X). We develop and sell third-party modules and extensions that work alongside the Dirs21 hotel PMS and channel manager platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected to Dirs21 GmbH.
Our team has extensive experience in hospitality technology and saw a clear gap: Dirs21 is a powerful PMS, but hotels increasingly need integrations with accounting systems, CRMs, advanced revenue management tools and direct booking engines that the native Dirs21 platform does not offer. CockpitShop fills that gap.
What We Build
Every CockpitShop module connects to the official Dirs21 REST API. We do not use screen scraping, browser automation or unofficial API endpoints. Our modules are designed to be installed and running in minutes — not days — and to stay updated automatically as the Dirs21 API evolves.
Our current catalog includes 10 modules covering OTA distribution, revenue management, accounting exports, guest messaging, housekeeping operations, competitor rate monitoring, multi-property management, CRM integration, advanced reporting and direct booking engines.
